Complete the Spring Challenge and Keep Your Bingo Hall On-Track During Closures

What about We know it's a trying time right now for bingo halls and players, alike; but it's important that everyone stay safe and we all work together to combat the spread of this virus. With that being said, we understand the difficulties with which you might be faced while your bingo hall is closed. We have some ideas to help you remain productive during this time, and maintain a positive and engaging relationship with your players:

  1. Stay in contact with your players, keep them informed! Post updates on your website, or your social media platforms, and even record a voice message to play on your telephone answering service. Post a sign on the door saying "Closed Temporarily," and provide a phone number to call for more information. However you choose to communication, explain your closure, and that you are awaiting directions from local and federal government as to when it will be safe to resume your bingo. In the interim, are you upping the cleaning and sanitation routine in your bingo hall, or planning a deep clean so the hall will be ready when the time comes to reopen? Make sure your players aren't left scratching their heads wondering about their favorite bingo hall!

  2. Plan events and brainstorm ways to better your bingo hall. Use online resources like Skype or Slack to communicate with your team remotely, and set brainstorming sessions with the intent to plan new event ideas, find new ways to connect to your players (either virtually or once your hall reopens), or suggest ways to update your hall environment or operations.

  3. Stay connected with Arrow! Keep an eye out for our social updates and blogs— we'll be doing our very best to keep you in the loop and on track during this time. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram; or sign up for email notifications.
