Grocery Bingo drums up competition, fills kitchens

Northwest Missouri State University's Student Activities Council hosted almost 700 students on February 28 for a night of Grocery Bingo. Students played to win full bags of groceries to take home.

Consider having your own "Grocery Bingo," with a more charitable twist: At your Grocery Bingo, present a table of bagged groceries as the prizes for the event. With every win, the player can choose a bag of groceries as their prize: however, give them the choice to either keep their groceries as their prize, or donate it to the local food pantry, offering the player one or two more free game plays in return.

Another way to have a Grocery Bingo would be to have a One-for-One Grocery Bingo Night: offer bags of groceries as prizes, and provide a matched donation: one bag for the player, one for the food pantry.
