Maintaining Communication with your Players: Customer Surveys

Since players are not able to physically attend your bingo hall, now it a great time to do some operational planning: however, in order to make positive and effective changes to your bingo hall, it is necessary to gather useful feedback from your player base. While that's something that should be done consistently and periodically, anyways, now is a good time to ask more thorough, pointed questions and use that information to produce more thoughtful changes to your bingo hall while you have the chance to roll out more robust changes. Check out our Customer Survey blog series for a step-by-step guide:

Customer Surveys: Where to Start (Part III)

Survey your customers online for a specified period of time, using tools like GoogleDocs or SurveyMonkey: this way players can send in their responses from their homes, at their convenience.
